DESCRIPTION:Beneath soft waves of light\, you’re invited to slow down\, soften\, and simply rest. \nAurora Nidra is a deeply restorative Saturday evening experience designed to calm the nervous system and guide you back to your natural state of ease. Inspired by the gentle\, flowing energy of the northern lights\, this session is a space to pause\, receive\, and let go. \nWe begin with gentle\, grounding breathwork to help settle the body and quiet the mind.
