How many hours does my package include?
Your party package includes 3 hours in total: 2 hours for the party and 1/2 an hour for setup and 1/2 an hour teardown.
What is included in the package?
- Festive plastic tablecloths, cutlery, plates, cups, and napkins
- Two medium balloon stands
- Tables and chairs
- Cleanup services
Are there any add-ons available?
- A "Happy Birthday" backdrop on a stand- $20.00
- Pizza (pricing available upon request) TBD
What is the maximum number of children allowed?
The package is for up to 10 kids (ages up to 14). Additional guests can be added for $15.00 + tax per child.
Can we decorate the venue ourselves?
Yes, you may bring your own decorations, but:
- You cannot hang anything from the walls or ceilings.
- Overly messy items such as confetti or silly string are not allowed.
What are the responsibilities of the host parent/guardian?
The host parent/guardian must:
- Stay at the venue for the entire duration of the party
- Serve food and beverages, oversee games
- Notify attendees of any allergens in food
- Arrange for an adult to escort a child if they need to leave the room
- Ensure all children are picked up on time and by an authorized adult
What is your cancellation policy?
- A 50% non-refundable security deposit is required at booking.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
- Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a credit valid for 3 months from the original reservation date.
- Cancellations made 6 days or less before the event, no-shows, or late arrivals will not receive any refunds or credits.
Are there any food restrictions?
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, but you are responsible for informing guests about potential allergens.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your reserved time slot begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend the end time of the party.
How do I book and pay for my party?
To book your party, contact us directly at payments@gvwc.ca . A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Payments can be made via ETM. The final balance is due 7 days before the event.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the birthday party, you will receive a credit valid for 3 (three) months from the original reservation date. For cancellations 6 days or less before the birthday party, no refunds or credits will be issued.
