Our Yoga Classes

At Good Vibes Wellness Center, our yoga classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re looking to build strength and energy or slow down and deeply restore. We currently offer Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yin Yoga, each with its own unique benefits and experience.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath. Each class moves through a sequence of poses in a steady rhythm, helping you build strength, flexibility, balance, and focus.

Expect a mindful yet energizing practice that leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and strong — without being rigid or intimidating. Every class offers options and modifications, making it accessible for beginners while still engaging for experienced practitioners.

Restorative Yin Yoga is a slow, nourishing practice focused on long-held, gentle postures supported by props. The goal is not effort, but ease — allowing the body to soften, release tension, and settle into deep rest.

This extended 90-minute class creates space for stillness, warmth, and reflection. Movements are minimal, poses are fully supported, and the pace is intentionally unhurried. It’s a powerful way to reset your nervous system and reconnect with your body, especially during busy or colder seasons.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change:

  • Cancellations for pass classes must be made at least 24 hours before class to receive credit toward another session

  • Cancellations for pass classes made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • If the center cancels a class (weather, instructor illness, etc.), participants will receive a full credit and it will be transfered toward another session

Class Passes & Drop-Ins

  • Class passes (4-class or 6-class) and Drop-ins are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Passes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Passes cannot be shared between participants.
  • Passes and Drop-in class/es payments must be made before class starts.
  • All payments are completed through our secure online booking system.

No-Shows or Late Arrivals

To maintain a quiet and safe environment:

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
  • If you arrive late the instructor may not be able to admit you into the class.
  • No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits (applicable both drop-ins or pass classes)

Liability Waiver

By registering for any class or session, participants agree to the following:

  • You participate at your own risk and acknowledge that yoga and wellness activities involve physical movement and the potential for injury.

  • You confirm that you are physically able to participate in the chosen activity.

  • You release Good Vibes Wellness Center, its instructors, contractors, and staff from any claim, liability, or demand associated with your participation.

  • If you have any medical concerns, you agree to consult your physician before attending.

Health & Safety

  • Please stay home if you are feeling unwell.

  • The center has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, disrespectful behavior, or unsafe conduct of any kind.

  • Clean indoor footwear or bare feet only in the studio.

  • Please silence your phone upon arrival.

Weather Policy

For the safety of all participants:

  • Classes may be cancelled due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions.
  • Announcements will be posted on our website, social media and communicated via email.
  • Participants will automatically receive a credit for any weather-related cancellation.

  • Please keep valuables with you.

  • Good Vibes Wellness Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Occasional photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes.

  • We will try our best not to include recognizable images of adults without verbal consent.

  • You may request not to be photo or videographed.

Instructor Substitutions

  • On occasion, a substitute instructor may teach the class.

  • No refunds or credits will be given for substitute-led sessions.

  • All classes must be booked online through our website.

  • Payment is required upon booking to secure your spot.

  • Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • No cash payments will be accepted, please submit your funds online
