Access Bars is a gentle, non-invasive technique where 32 specific points on the head are lightly touched. These points relate to thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns that can keep us stuck in stress or overthinking.

Clients often describe feeling a “mental reset” — as if pressure has been lifted and space has been created for clarity, ease, and new perspectives.

Sound Bath Experience

Sound Bath is a deeply calming and restorative experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and gently support your nervous system.

During the session, you will be guided into a comfortable resting position while soothing sound vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls and chimes fill the space. These gentle frequencies help quiet the mind and encourage the body to shift into a state of deep relaxation.

This is a passive experience — there is nothing you need to do, no movement required, and no expectation to engage or share. Simply lie back, listen, and allow your body and mind to receive.

Many participants choose Sound Bath sessions when they are feeling:
