Yin–Yang Yoga is a thoughtfully designed class that blends gentle, mindful movement with long, supported stretches. This practice supports both the muscular system (Yang) and the connective tissues & nervous system (Yin), helping you feel steady, open, and restored.
Classes begin with slow, flowing sequences to warm the body and build gentle strength, followed by longer-held postures supported by props to encourage deep release and relaxation.
Vinyasa Flow: Move & Release is a dynamic, breath-led yoga practice that encourages smooth, continuous movement while helping you release physical and mental tension.
Expect a mindful yet energizing practice that leaves you feeling grounded, refreshed, and strong — without being rigid or intimidating. Every class offers options and modifications, making it accessible for beginners while still engaging for experienced practitioners.
Restorative Yin Yoga is a slow, nourishing practice focused on long-held, gentle postures supported by props. The goal is not effort, but ease — allowing the body to soften, release tension, and settle into deep rest.
This extended 90-minute class creates space for stillness, warmth, and reflection. Movements are minimal, poses are fully supported, and the pace is intentionally unhurried. It’s a powerful way to reset your nervous system and reconnect with your body, especially during busy or colder seasons.

Prenatal Yoga – 4 Week Series

A gentle space to slow down, connect, and prepare for the journey ahead.
Our 4-week Prenatal Yoga series is thoughtfully designed to support you through pregnancy (up to 38 weeks) with mindful movement, breath, and relaxation practices tailored to your changing body.
Each session blends gentle stretching, light strengthening, and calming techniques to help ease common discomforts, support mobility, and create meaningful moments of connection with your baby.
Me & Baby Yoga – 4 Week Series
July 10 – 31 | Fridays 11:00 – 12:00 pm
Reconnect with your body while bonding with your baby.
Our 4-week Me & Baby Yoga series is designed for parents/caregivers with little ones up to 12 months, offering a gentle and supportive way to ease back into movement after birth.
These sessions focus on rebuilding strength, releasing tension, and creating joyful, natural moments of connection with your baby — all within a relaxed and understanding environment.
Prenatal Yoga
You’ll experience:
- Safe, supportive movement designed for pregnancy
- Breathwork to calm and regulate the nervous system
- Space to connect with your body and your baby

This is more than a class — it’s a moment in your week to pause, tune inward, and feel supported during a deeply transformative time. No prior yoga experience is needed.
Me & Baby Yoga

There’s no need for perfection here.
Feedings, diaper changes, and baby sounds are all part of the experience — you are welcome exactly as you are.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change:

Cancellations for drop-ins or class pass must be made at least 24 hours before class to receive credit toward another session

Cancellations for drop-ins or class pass made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable and non-transferable
-
If the center cancels a class (weather, instructor illness, etc.), participants will receive a full credit and it will be transfered toward another session
Memberships, Class Passes & Drop-Ins
- Memberships, class passes (4-class or 6-class) and drop-ins are final sale and non-refundable.
- Memberships, class passes and drop-ins cannot be shared between participants.
- Memberships, class passes and drop-ins payments must be made before class starts.
- All payments are completed through our secure online booking system.
No-Shows or Late Arrivals
To maintain a quiet and safe environment:
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
- If you arrive late the instructor may not be able to admit you into the class.
- No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits (applicable both drop-ins or pass classes)

By registering for any class or session, participants agree to the following:

You release Good Vibes Wellness Center, its instructors, contractors, and staff from any claim, liability, or demand associated with your participation.

Health & Safety

The center has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, disrespectful behavior, or unsafe conduct of any kind.

Clean indoor footwear or bare feet only in the studio.

Please silence your phone upon arrival.
Weather Policy
For the safety of all participants:
- Classes may be cancelled due to severe weather or unsafe travel conditions.
- Announcements will be posted on our website, social media and communicated via email.
- Participants will automatically receive a credit for any weather-related cancellation.
