Rental Options For Every Occasion

To ensure fair access to our spaces and support all practitioners and guests, the following booking policy applies to all room and studio rentals at Good Vibes Wellness Center.

Rental bookings reserve space exclusively for the practitioner during the selected date and time.

Practitioners are responsible for ensuring that their scheduled appointments, sessions, or events align with their room reservation.

Rental fees are based on reserved time, not utilized time.

Rental fees are due according to the payment instructions provided at the time of booking. Unpaid bookings may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of Good Vibes Wellness Center.

Practitioners are responsible for managing their own client bookings, cancellations, and no-show policies. A client's cancellation or failure to attend does not automatically cancel the room reservation.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are subject to the full rental fee.
• Same-day bookings are considered final and are non-refundable.
• Failure to use a reserved room without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and the full rental fee will apply.

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a credit valid for 1 month from the original reservation date and not transferable.
• Cancellations made 6 days or less before the event, no-shows, or late arrivals will not receive any refunds or credits.

Practitioners are welcome to arrive at any time during their reserved rental period; however, rental fees are based on the time reserved, not the time used.

Late arrivals do not extend the booking period or reduce the rental fee.

Practitioners are expected to vacate the room promptly at the end of their reserved time to ensure a smooth transition for subsequent bookings.

Use of the room beyond the reserved rental period is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Setup, client intake, cleanup, and packing of materials should be completed within the reserved rental period. Practitioners requiring additional time are encouraged to include setup and cleanup time when making their reservation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occasionally arise. Requests for exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Good Vibes Wellness Center.

Your party package includes 3 hours in total: 2 hours for the party and 1/2 an hour for setup and 1/2 an hour teardown.

• Two medium balloon stands
• Tables and chairs
• 1/2 an hour for your own setup before welcoming your guests
• 1/2 an hour for teardown after your event
• Cleanup is included
• Stress-free support from our team

• A "Happy Birthday" backdrop on a stand- $20.00
• Pizza (pricing available upon request) TBD

Yes, you may bring your own decorations, but:

• You cannot hang anything from the walls or ceilings.
• Overly messy items such as confetti or silly string are not allowed.

The host parent/guardian must:

• Stay at the venue for the entire duration of the party
• Serve food and beverages, oversee games
• Notify attendees of any allergens in food
• Arrange for an adult to escort a child if they need to leave the room
• Ensure all children are picked up on time and by an authorized adult

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, but you are responsible for informing guests about potential allergens.

Your reserved time slot begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals do not extend the end time of the party.

To book your party, choose the date and complete the form. Payments can be made via ETM or a provided link, look for Pay Here option. Payment for your party should be made in full to secure your slot.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the birthday party, you will receive a credit valid for 1 (one) months from the original reservation date. For cancellations 6 days or less before the birthday party, no refunds or credits will be issued.
