Do I need experience?
Not at all. Many of our guests are attending their first Sound Bath.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat/anti-gravity chair (in case of lying on floor is not comfortable), a blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you relax.
Will I be lying down?
Most participants relax lying comfortably on their mat, although seated options are also available if needed.
How long is the experience?
Session length will vary depending on the event. Current offerings are 60 minutes.
