Absolutely. No yoga experience is required. Yoga Nidra is a guided practice where you rest comfortably while following gentle instructions.
Do I need to bring anything?
We provide yoga props and encourage comfortable clothing. Feel free to bring your favourite blanket or pillow, or antigravity chair if it helps you feel even more at ease.
Will I fall asleep?
Some people do, and that's okay! Many participants remain in a deeply relaxed state between wakefulness and sleep. Every experience is unique.
