Beneath soft waves of light, you’re invited to slow down, soften, and simply rest. Aurora Nidra is a deeply restorative Saturday evening experience designed to calm the nervous system and guide you back to your natural state of ease. Inspired by the gentle, flowing energy of the northern lights, this session is a space to pause, receive, and let go. We begin with gentle, grounding breathwork to help settle the body and quiet the mind. From there, you’ll be guided into a long, fully supported Yoga Nidra practice — often called “yogic sleep” — where the body rests deeply while awareness drifts effortlessly. As you lie cozy and supported, layers of sound healing — including chimes, tuning forks, and gong — wash through the space like waves, helping to release stored tension and invite profound stillness.
