Join us for a soothing Sound Bath session, where the vibrations of singing bowls and calming tones will guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. This experience is designed to help quiet the mind, release tension from the body, and restore balance to your nervous system.  What to Expect:• A guided arrival to help you settle and unwind• Immersive sound healing with singing bowls• A meditative state that supports deep rest and reset• A gentle return to leave you feeling grounded and restored No experience is needed — simply come as you are, lie down, and allow yourself to receive.  This session is perfect if you’re feeling:• Stressed or overwhelmed• Mentally busy or tired• In need of rest and reconnection Spaces are limited to create a calm and intimate atmosphere.   • Aurora Nidra — Return to Rest through Breath, Yoga Nidra & Sound

    Aurora Nidra is a deeply restorative evening designed to support the nervous system through breath, Yoga Nidra, and sound. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation done while resting comfortably in stillness. As the body settles, you’ll be gently guided through breath, body awareness, and imagery — inviting the system into a state between waking and sleeping where deep rest can arise. This practice is gentle, accessible, and open to everyone. There is nothing to achieve, no movement to keep up with, and no experience required. You’ll be invited to create a comfortable Yoga Nidra nest using blankets, pillows, bolsters, and anything else that helps you feel supported and at ease. An eye pillow or eye mask is also welcome. Throughout the evening, you’ll be supported by soft lighting, grounding breath practices, and an immersive sound journey with gong, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes, tuning forks, and gentle nature-inspired instruments.
